Each player and coach is entitled to two (2) complimentary tickets for their match. Please ensure that no more than two tickets are requested by each player/coach, as additional requests will not be accepted.

Individuals confirmed via this form will be sent a ticket in advance to the email address confirmed during booking, and be able to gain entry to the final by presenting themselves at the ticketing desk, where they will be handed a wristband to then enter the spectator seating area.
